How did you end up in this role?

After 17 years in senior leadership within the tech industry, I was excited to find an opportunity where I could support the growth of a Scottish firm. I’ve always had an interest in law — ever since dancing along to the theme tune of L.A. Law growing up! When the opportunity to join Clarity Simplicity Ltd came along, the timing felt just right.

What do you love most about your job?

The variety. I’m currently working on three projects concurrently, all with different remits — and I genuinely believe it’s the most amazing group of people I’ve ever worked with.

About you –

I joined Clarity Simplicity in June 2025 as Head of Operations, bringing 17 years of senior leadership experience from the tech sector. My focus is on supporting the firm’s continued growth, strengthening operations, and helping the team thrive as we expand.

Personal Information –

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, listening to audiobooks and gardening. I’m also a qualified scuba diver.

A recent highlight was attending the Lawshare Conference in Manchester with Emma King, expanding my network across the legal industry and enjoying an incredible experience.

Favourite shows include Ted Lasso and MasterChef Australia — which is also where my favourite quote comes from.

I’m passionate about supporting young people and regularly work with local schools to help prepare the next generation for the world of work.

On the travel bucket list? A family safari adventure.
