What is your favourite part of your role? Helping people navigate a difficult journey and being there to help make it a little less difficult for them.

What do you like most about working for Complete Clarity? Working with extremely supportive staff. Also, the flexibility offered by working hybrid hours makes life so much easier.

What skills do you find most useful in doing your role? Having the ability to be empathetic and understanding to clients when they are feeling anxious.

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday? I don’t have a favourite place as I love travelling although I do love Asia and going back to Japan for the second time this year.

What do you enjoy doing when not working? Spending time with friends and family, eating out and planning my next holiday.

How would your team colleagues describe you? Friendly and always willing to do a task when needed (I hope).
