Job Title: Civil Court Litigation Solicitor (2–5 PQE)

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £42,500 – £55,000 + Performance-Related Bonus + Benefits

We are now looking for a Civil Court Litigation Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join our growing team across Glasgow and Edinburgh. This is an opportunity to handle a varied and engaging caseload of civil disputes while playing a key role in our continued growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of general civil dispute matters across all Scottish courts;

Deliver clear, practical legal advice and an excellent client experience aligned with our values;

Collaborate with colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team to support the firm’s strategic growth;

Continuously improve case management efficiency, reporting, and service delivery

Build strong client relationships based on trust and transparency;

Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate;

Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and quality standards.

 

About You

Scottish qualified solicitor (2–5 years PQE)

Experience (or strong interest) in civil litigation and dispute resolution

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Confident using case management systems and working efficiently

Excellent communication and client care skills

A team player who values collaboration, accountability and respect

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits

We are now looking for a Civil Court Paralegal to join our growing team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and engaging caseload of civil

disputes, supporting solicitors while developing your own skills and experience in a modern, progressive firm.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist solicitors in managing a varied caseload of general civil dispute matters across all Scottish courts;

Draft routine legal documents, correspondence and court papers;

Prepare cases for court, including managing productions and liaising with clients, counsel and third parties;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records;

Deliver a high standard of client care, ensuring clear and timely communication;

Support case progression efficiently to meet deadlines and service standards;

Assist with compliance, risk management and quality procedures.

 

About You

Previous experience in civil court work is preferred, but not essential;

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;

Confident using case management systems and legal technology;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork;

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work;
